That's why we created this first-of-its-kind Faith & Work Employer Guide, using a Michelin-style framework inspired by the world's most trusted restaurant ratings.
Our guide takes inspiration from Michelin Guide, which evaluates restaurants based on five key criteria: "ingredients," "mastery," "personality," "value," and "consistency." We re-imagined these criteria into the 5 Pillars of Faith & Work Excellence for the Christian workplace, combining them with real data from employee feedback, mission‑impact stories and workplace culture reviews to highlight Christian employers across the UK that authentically integrate faith and professional life.
This employer rating system is developed independently by Called Out Plus and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Michelin Guide.
