Purpose → People → Product → Plan
A biblical framework for building Kingdom-minded ventures that start with God's purpose and end with faithful execution.
Why We Exist
Who We Serve & Who Serves
What We Create
How We Build
Begin in prayer. Ask God why this venture exists. Your purpose should be rooted in Kingdom advancement, not just profit.
Who shares this calling? Who will you serve? Build a team of people who align with your purpose and complement your gifts.
What will you create or offer? How does it meet real needs while embodying your Kingdom purpose?
Finally, develop systems, structures, and rhythms that steward what God has given you. Build with wisdom and obedience.
"Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain."
Psalm 127:1 NIV
